Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the Thai Industrial Platform (“TIP”, “we”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal information. It complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Asia-Pacific data protection regimes.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, work email, firm name, role.
- Payment data: handled by our processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers or CVCs on our servers.
- Authentication data: handled by our processor (Clerk). Session cookies are stored on your device for the duration of your visit.
- Usage analytics: anonymous event data (PostHog) on page views, filter usage, and one-pager opens — used to improve coverage and surface.
2. Data processors
We use the following sub-processors: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Loops (email), PostHog (analytics), Vercel (hosting). All process data on our behalf under commercially standard data processing agreements.
3. Lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of contract (delivering the service you subscribe to), legitimate interest (improving the service, preventing fraud), and where you explicitly opt in (newsletter signup).
4. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights: hello@thaiindustrialplatform.com.
5. Retention
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription, plus 24 months for billing and tax compliance. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time — we purge unsubscribed contacts within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies (authentication and session) and anonymous analytics cookies. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking.
