Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Thai Industrial Platform (“TIP”, “we”, “us”), an independent research desk covering mid-market industrial acquisition targets in Thailand.

1. Internal use only

TIP research, including the master database, one-pagers, reports, articles, and newsletter archives, is licensed solely for the subscriber’s internal use. Redistribution, republication, resale, sub-licensing, or sharing with third parties (including consultants, affiliates outside the contracting entity, or portfolio companies) is not permitted.

2. Subscriber responsibilities

Subscribers are responsible for performing independent verification of any information contained in TIP research before relying on it for investment, advisory, or operational decisions. TIP research is a screening and reference resource — it is not a substitute for legal, accounting, commercial, or operational due diligence.

3. Access & credentials

Access is per-seat and non-transferable. Sharing of login credentials is grounds for immediate suspension. Each subscriber is responsible for the security of their credentials.

4. Subscription & billing

Subscriptions are billed annually in advance, in EUR. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current term — no pro-rated refunds. Pricing is subject to change at renewal with advance notice.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access in the event of material breach of these Terms, including (without limitation) unauthorised distribution of research, sharing of credentials, or use inconsistent with our coverage policy.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, failing resolution, arbitration in Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
