Terms of Service

Last updated · August 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of Thai Industrial Platform (“TIP”, “we”, “us”), an independent research desk covering mid-market industrial companies in Thailand.

1. Free access

TIP is provided free of charge. There is no subscription, no fee, and no payment is taken at any point. Access to the database and research is opened by signing in with your email address. We may change what is included in free access, or introduce paid services alongside it, with notice on this page.

2. Your account

Access is personal to you and opened via a sign-in link sent to your email address. Do not forward sign-in links or allow others to use your account. You are responsible for the security of the email account you register with.

3. Permitted use

TIP research — including the database, one-pagers, reports, articles and newsletter — is provided for your own internal use and for the internal use of the organisation you work for. You may not republish, resell, sub-license, or redistribute TIP research outside your organisation, or make it available as part of a commercial product or service, without our written permission. Reasonable internal sharing and quotation with attribution is fine.

4. Research is a screening tool, not diligence

TIP research is a screening and reference resource. It is not investment, legal, financial or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for due diligence. Financial figures are drawn from official public filings and primary research; they may include estimates (always flagged), may lag current performance, and may differ from a company’s present reality. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it.

5. Availability and termination

We provide the service on an “as available” basis and may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, in particular where research is redistributed without permission.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions taken in reliance on TIP research, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, failing resolution, arbitration in Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
